to be a better brand, I think that you could work on a better system for shipping since it took a whole month for my package to ship out, if not at least be transparent about what’s happening with the shipping and why we have to wait so long, for example responding to dms, emails, or comments under your instagram posts, of course all your designs are very nice and I very like them so this is just a honest review.
